A memorial service will be held at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Friendship, IN  at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014.

Lucille Redwine ( Gevedon) of Paragon, IN, 79, died peacefully at home on January 18, 2014.  She was born March 29, 1934 in Breathitt Co., KY.  She lived most of her adult life in Dillsboro, IN until she moved to Martinsville, IN in 2012.

Lucille married Roy B. Redwine in 1954 in Friendship, IN.  Her husband, Roy, daughter Janna Lampis and husband Johnny, and granddaughter, Abigail  Redwine preceded her in death.  Lucille is survived by :son, Gordon Redwine (Annette)  and their son Tanner;  Lisa P. Surber (Timothy) and their children, Joel (Autumn) ,  Aaron, Patton (Jennifer), Thomas (Regina), and Katelynn; and son Charles Redwine (Terri) and their children, Ashley Landwehr  (Eric), Logan, Sam, Nick and Gus;  five great grandchildren, three sisters, one sister-in-law and many loving nieces and nephews.

Lucille was a strong Christian woman who loved the Lord and spending time learning His Word. She also was a true patriotic American .  One of her greatest joys  was to be surrounded by family and friends.   She had a passion for cooking, gardening and small business ventures she ran from her home.

Lucille was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at Bear Creek Baptist Church in Friendship, IN  at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Bear Creek Baptist Church.
